1. Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier,

• You have taken possession of the goods when you receive one or more goods as part of a single order and these were delivered together;
• you have taken possession of the last item if you have ordered several items as part of a single order and these were delivered separately;
• have taken possession of the last partial shipment or the last piece, if the goods are delivered in several partial shipments or pieces.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication regarding your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

2. Consequences of revocation

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.

For this refund, we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.

We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. If the goods cannot be returned by normal mail due to their nature, you bear the direct costs of return up to the amount of [Betrag] EUR.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality. This corresponds to what would be permitted in a retail store.

3. Exclusion or premature expiry of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the delivery of:

• Goods that are not prefabricated and for whose production an individual selection or specification by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
• Goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiration date would be quickly exceeded;
• sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery;
• Audio or video recordings or computer software in a sealed package if the seal has been removed after delivery.
